FRACTIONAL CMO FOR CHIROPRACTIC PRACTICES

Chiropractic marketing, without the scattered pieces.

I help chiropractors connect the message, local visibility and front-desk handoff, so marketing isn’t another job waiting on you.

I’m Jess Holland, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer with a small team behind me. Florida, Colorado and nationwide.

I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.

15 minutes. Just a conversation.

Clear before
the first call.

WHEN GOOD WORK IS HARD TO EXPLAIN

You can explain your approach in the room. Online, it gets muddy.

Your website lists the services. Your Google profile says something slightly different. The ads lead somewhere else. And the front desk keeps answering the same questions about what to expect.

You shouldn’t have to become a marketing department to run your practice.

It’s frustrating when you know the practice well, but the pieces around it don’t tell the same story. People deserve clear information before they reach out. You deserve to know who is connecting the work.

THREE PLACES I LOOK FIRST

One connected practice. Not three separate marketing projects.

Explain the practice, not just the services.

Make it easier to understand your approach, the services you actually offer and what a first visit involves. Your clinical team reviews treatment language before it goes out.

Make local visibility more useful.

Look at how the website and Google Business Profile describe your location and practice. If someone finds you, the next step should be easy to understand.

Connect the click with the handoff.

Check where an ad or search visit lands and what happens when someone calls or sends an inquiry. Measure the actual steps without treating every click as a new patient.

JESS, IN YOUR CORNER

Someone needs to own the whole picture.

I know how much ends up back on the owner when the vendors, website and reporting don’t connect. You don’t need another list of things to manage.

As your fractional Chief Marketing Officer, I help choose the priorities and lead the marketing work with my team. We look at where the money is going, what the reports actually count and what the front desk is dealing with.

I’ve worked with chiropractic practices on the message, search visibility and paid campaigns. Below, you can see specific reporting comparisons and hear from chiropractors who have worked with me.

REAL CHIROPRACTIC WORK

The numbers matter. So does what they count.

Two reporting comparisons, with their dates and definitions attached. They are examples of past reporting, not predictions for your practice.

CHIROPRACTIC ORGANIC SEARCH

40 to 150

Google Search clicks

May 1 to 31, 2026 compared with October 1 to 31, 2026

Source: Google Search Console

A complete-month comparison from one practice’s connected reporting account. These are clicks from Google Search, not unique people, inquiries or new patients.

CHIROPRACTIC PAID SEARCH

$198.96 to $22.20

reported cost per lead in Google Ads

Q1 2026: January 1 to March 31. Q2 2026: April 1 to June 30.

Source: existing HHM account case study

Ad spend went from $1,393 to $1,798. Tracking was corrected during the work, so reporting changes limit a like-for-like interpretation. These are reported advertising conversions, not verified new patients.

Reported marketing metrics only, not verified appointments, new patients, revenue or health outcomes. These observations don’t prove what caused a change. Individual results vary. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

A SIMPLE WAY TO START

You don’t need the whole plan figured out before we talk.

Tell me how the practice works.

We’ll talk about your services, location, current marketing and the parts that keep landing back on your desk.

Choose what to fix first.

We look at the message, visibility and inquiry path, then agree on the scope. Running more ads isn’t automatically the first move.

Connect the work and watch the right numbers.

I lead the agreed marketing work with my team and bring the next priorities to you. We keep reported clicks and conversions separate from verified business results.

LESS GUESSING, MORE CLARITY

When the pieces stay disconnected, you keep paying in time.

You may find yourself translating reports, chasing updates and asking the front desk what actually happened after the inquiry. Adding another campaign doesn’t automatically fix that.

A practice you can explain. A plan you can follow.

The aim is a clearer message, a sensible next step for someone contacting you and a marketing plan you can understand. Clinical decisions stay with your team. Marketing should never promise a treatment outcome.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Chiropractic marketing questions, answered.

What does chiropractic marketing include?

It starts with how the practice is explained, how people find it and what happens when they make an inquiry. Depending on the agreed scope, that can involve messaging, the website, local search, paid campaigns and the front-desk handoff. We choose the priorities around your practice rather than adding every channel at once.

Are you a fractional CMO for chiropractors?

Yes. I work as a fractional Chief Marketing Officer, helping chiropractic practice owners set priorities and connect the marketing work. I lead the agreed work with a small team rather than asking you to coordinate all the pieces yourself.

Do I need to run ads?

Not necessarily. We look at the message, inquiry process, current visibility and budget before recommending paid campaigns. Ad spend and other separate costs need to be discussed as part of the scope.

Can you guarantee new patients or a lower cost per lead?

No. Clicks and platform-reported conversions are not the same as verified appointments or new patients. Account examples describe specific periods, and tracking changes can affect comparisons. Individual results vary, and no marketing or clinical outcome is guaranteed.

Do you work with chiropractic practices outside Colorado?

Yes. I work with practices in Florida, Colorado and nationwide. We still need to understand your actual location, services and how someone becomes ready to contact your practice.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

Tell me what is happening in the practice and where marketing feels disconnected. I’ll tell you where I’d look first and we can see whether working together makes sense. It is a business conversation, so please do not share patient information.

YOUR NEXT STEP CAN BE SMALL

Let’s talk about the practice, not another pile of marketing tasks.

Tell me what’s getting in the way. I’ll tell you where I’d look first.

I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.

15 minutes. Just a conversation.
