Marketing for practices people have to trust first.

A local healthcare marketing specialist. I am based in Colorado and I work with practices from Fort Collins to Denver that win or lose inside their own map pack.

People choose a practice the way they choose anything they are nervous about. They read, they compare, they check reviews, and then they call the one that felt the most credible. Marketing here is mostly the work of making credibility visible before the first conversation.

It also has to survive review. Claims need care, language needs to stay compliant, and every location has to be findable on its own without cannibalizing the others. That last one bites hardest along the Front Range, where a second office in Loveland or Westminster sits close enough to the first that Google struggles to tell them apart.

What I hear on almost every first call.

If three or more of these are true, the problem is not how much you are spending. It is that the pieces are not reinforcing each other.

Common symptoms

Prospective patients cannot tell why you are different before they call
Messaging is watered down to stay compliant, so it says nothing
Each location competes with the others in search instead of covering more ground
Review volume is thin and nobody owns asking
Insurance versus cash pay is unclear until the phone call
Tour and consult requests arrive, then sit

Practices I work with.

  • Chiropractic
  • Med spas
  • Senior living
  • Functional and integrative medicine
  • Naturopathic medicine
  • Physical therapy

Weakest layers in this vertical

Where practices usually lose the most.

Foundation

The offer is written for other clinicians instead of for the person deciding. Once the language gets specific, everything downstream converts better.

Convertibility

Requests come in and the follow up depends on who is at the front desk that day. A defined intake path recovers more revenue than any new campaign.

Visibility

Reviews and Google Business Profile fields sit unmaintained, so the practice ranks below competitors it outperforms clinically.

Talk through your practice on a 15 minute call.

Bring me the two or three symptoms that sting the most. I will tell you which one is causing the others.
