DENTAL PRACTICES
Dental marketing with a clearer path to the first conversation.
Your practice is more than a list of procedures. Let’s make the website, local information and front-desk experience work from the same plan.
I’m Jess Holland, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer. I help healthcare owners connect their marketing in Florida, Colorado and nationwide.
I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.
15 minutes. Just a conversation.
Clear before
the first conversation.
WHEN THE PIECES DO NOT LINE UP
A busy marketing report can still leave the owner with questions.
The website highlights one service. A campaign promotes another. The front desk gets questions the landing page never answered. You can see clicks, but that does not tell you whether the marketing is helping people understand the practice.
You shouldn’t have to coordinate every vendor just to explain your own practice consistently.
You know the services and experience your team provides. The marketing should represent them accurately, not rely on a generic smile promise or an offer that your team then has to explain differently.
A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START
A clearer practice message, from search to the front desk.
Show the practice beyond the procedure list.
Explain your real services, team and first-visit process in language people can use. Your dental team reviews treatment statements, credentials and any fee or insurance information.
Choose the right visibility priorities.
Review local search and any campaign goals against the services, locations and capacity you actually want to support. Not every procedure needs its own advertising push.
Connect the inquiry with the team.
Look at how calls and forms are handled and what reporting can honestly count. A click, an inquiry, an attended appointment and an accepted treatment plan remain different things.

JESS, IN YOUR CORNER
A marketing lead who looks at the whole picture.
It is easy for a healthcare owner to end up managing a collection of marketing tasks instead of a plan. I help sort through the priorities and make the pieces easier to oversee.
As your fractional CMO, I lead the agreed work with my team. Your practice stays responsible for clinical decisions and the accuracy of treatment, insurance and fee statements. We build the marketing around the actual business, not a one-size-fits-all procedure campaign.
CROSS-HEALTHCARE CLIENT EXPERIENCE
What working together has felt like for other healthcare owners.
Dr. Andrew Allen
Lakeside Spine & Injury, chiropractic practice
These videos are business-client feedback from chiropractic practices, not dental case studies. They are cross-healthcare examples of working with me, not patient testimonials or evidence of results for your specialty.
No specialty-specific performance result is claimed on this page. Reported marketing metrics are not patient or resident outcomes. Individual results vary. Past results do not guarantee future performance.
A SIMPLE THREE-STEP PLAN
Choose the next priority before adding another tactic.
Talk through the practice.
We discuss your services, location, current marketing and the questions your front desk keeps receiving. Leave patient details out of the conversation.
Agree on the first priorities.
We review the message, visibility and inquiry process, then define a manageable scope. Your actual service mix and capacity guide the choices.
Connect the work and the reporting.
I lead the agreed marketing work with my team and bring the next priorities to you. Reporting separates marketing activity from verified practice outcomes.
LESS CONFUSION, MORE CLARITY
Disconnected messages create more work after the click.
Your team keeps clarifying expectations while you keep sorting through separate reports. Spending more does not automatically connect the experience.
A practice story your website and front desk can both stand behind.
The aim is consistent information, a clear inquiry path and marketing priorities you understand. Not a promise of new patients, accepted treatment plans or a particular revenue result.
A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING
Dental Marketing questions, answered.
Do you focus on one dental procedure or the whole practice?
This page focuses on the practice-level marketing plan. We discuss your actual service mix and priorities before deciding whether any individual procedure needs more emphasis.
Can you help with insurance and fee information on the website?
We can organize the information your practice approves, but we do not invent accepted plans, financing terms, prices or coverage statements. Your team and appropriate advisers review the wording.
Are reviews and patient photos automatically usable in ads?
No. Public availability is not the same as permission for every marketing use. The practice reviews consent, privacy, applicable requirements and platform rules before any such material is used.
Will I still have to coordinate every marketing vendor?
As your fractional CMO, I lead the agreed priorities and marketing work with my team. We clarify responsibilities and scope so you know what I own, what any other vendors own and where your practice needs to review decisions.
Can you guarantee new patients or treatment acceptance?
No. A marketing interaction is not a verified new patient or accepted treatment plan. We use clear reporting definitions, and individual results vary.
What is the 15-minute call for?
It is a short business conversation about the practice and where marketing feels disconnected. I will tell you where I would look first so we can discuss whether working together makes sense. Please do not share patient information.
YOUR NEXT STEP CAN BE SMALL
Let’s talk about the practice, not another pile of marketing tasks.
Tell me what your team keeps having to explain. We can start with the pieces that do not line up.
I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.
15 minutes. Just a conversation.
