DIRECT PRIMARY CARE PRACTICES

Direct primary care marketing that makes membership clearer.

People may like the idea of a different primary care relationship and still have questions about membership. Your marketing should help them understand what your practice actually offers.

I’m Jess Holland, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer. I help healthcare practices connect their message and inquiry process in Florida, Colorado and nationwide.

I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.

15 minutes. Just a conversation.

Clear before
the first conversation.

WHEN THE PIECES DO NOT LINE UP

The model makes sense to you. It may be new to them.

Someone lands on a membership page and wonders what is included, what costs extra and how insurance fits into the picture. If the information is scattered, your team keeps starting with the same explanation.

You shouldn’t have to choose between a careful explanation and a clear next step.

Building a practice is already a lot to hold. The website should make your actual membership terms easier to understand, not rely on broad promises about affordability, access or coverage.

A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START

Make the membership conversation easier to start.

Explain your actual membership.

Clarify what is included, what is not and how someone can ask a question. Practice owners review the terms and any insurance-related statements before they are used.

Reach the right local audience.

Connect your real service area, availability and practice information across the website and local search. Use the current capacity of the practice, not a broad promise of unlimited access.

Build a sensible inquiry handoff.

Decide how membership questions reach the right person and what happens next. Track an inquiry separately from a signed membership or an attended appointment.

JESS, IN YOUR CORNER

A clearer plan around a different care model.

I help healthcare owners sort through the message, channels and systems rather than adding more work to the front desk. A membership model needs practical explanations as well as visibility.

As your fractional CMO, I lead the agreed marketing work with my team. We work from your actual membership structure and capacity. You retain the clinical, legal and operational decisions behind those terms.

These videos are business-client feedback from chiropractic practices, not direct primary care case studies. They are cross-healthcare examples of working with me, not patient testimonials or evidence of results for your specialty.

No specialty-specific performance result is claimed on this page. Reported marketing metrics are not patient or resident outcomes. Individual results vary. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

A SIMPLE THREE-STEP PLAN

Start with the questions people ask before joining.

Walk through the membership.

We talk about your terms, audience, service area and common pre-membership questions. No patient information is needed.

Choose the biggest explanation gap.

We review the website and inquiry handoff, then choose a focused scope. Campaigns should not send more people into an unclear membership explanation.

Connect the plan and the reporting.

I lead the agreed work with my team and review the journey from marketing interaction to inquiry. Membership reporting stays distinct from platform events.

LESS CONFUSION, MORE CLARITY

An unclear explanation creates more work before membership even begins.

When visitors cannot find the practical details, your team spends time untangling assumptions. More clicks do not automatically mean more informed conversations.

A clearer invitation to explore your practice.

The aim is an accurate membership explanation, consistent local information and a manageable inquiry process. Not guaranteed memberships, medical access, savings or clinical results.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Direct Primary Care Marketing questions, answered.

How is direct primary care marketing different?

The membership model often needs explaining before someone is ready to contact the practice. We focus on the actual terms, what is included and how to ask a question, rather than assuming visitors already understand DPC.

Will you explain how membership relates to insurance?

We can help organize the practice’s own reviewed explanation. We do not describe membership as a replacement for insurance or invent coverage statements. The owner and appropriate advisers approve the actual wording.

Can you market a practice with limited membership capacity?

We can align the message and inquiry process with your current capacity and any real waitlist process. We do not advertise unlimited availability or create scarcity claims about your practice without confirmation.

Can you support a new or growing DPC practice?

We can discuss a scope that fits the stage of the practice, including the membership explanation, local information and inquiry process. We do not assume that a new practice needs every marketing channel at once.

Can you promise new members?

No. Website clicks, inquiries, signed memberships and patient visits are different measures. We do not treat one as another, and individual results vary.

What happens on the 15-minute call?

Tell me about your membership model and where explaining or managing the marketing feels difficult. I will share where I would look first so we can discuss fit. Please leave patient details out of the conversation.

YOUR NEXT STEP CAN BE SMALL

Let’s make the membership explanation easier to follow.

Tell me the questions your team keeps answering. That is a useful place to begin.
