MED SPAS AND AESTHETICS PRACTICES

Med spa marketing with more intention than another promotion.

A full treatment menu is not the same as a clear reason to choose your practice. Let’s connect the brand, the information and the path to a consultation.

I’m Jess Holland, a fractional Chief Marketing Officer for healthcare businesses. I help connect the marketing work in Florida, Colorado and nationwide.

I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.

15 minutes. Just a conversation.

Clear before
the first conversation.

WHEN THE PIECES DO NOT LINE UP

The offer changes. The bigger story gets lost.

A special goes on social. An ad leads to a different treatment page. Someone asks a question in a message, and the team has to work out which conversation it came from. It is busy, but it is not very connected.

You shouldn’t need a new discount every time you want to explain your value.

You have put thought into the experience people have with your practice. Your marketing should reflect that care without pressuring someone into treatment or using unrealistic appearance promises.

A PRACTICAL PLACE TO START

Build around the practice, not just the promotion.

Give the brand a clear point of view.

Explain the experience, credentials and services your practice actually offers. Organize treatment information so a person can explore options without being promised a specific appearance result.

Make campaigns answer to the plan.

Decide which services and locations make sense to support before adding paid traffic. Review the landing page, offer language and applicable platform restrictions together.

Connect the consultation inquiry.

Clarify how an inquiry reaches the team and what can be discussed before a clinical consultation. Keep marketing reporting separate from treatment decisions and completed appointments.

JESS, IN YOUR CORNER

Someone looking past this week’s offer.

When every vendor is focused on a different channel, the owner can become the person holding the whole plan together. I help healthcare businesses step back and decide what deserves attention first.

As your fractional CMO, I lead the agreed work with my team. We look at the brand, the journey to an inquiry and the reporting together. Your qualified staff retain responsibility for clinical claims, consent and treatment suitability.

CROSS-HEALTHCARE CLIENT EXPERIENCE

What working together has felt like for other healthcare owners.

These videos are business-client feedback from chiropractic practices, not med spa case studies. They are cross-healthcare examples of working with me, not patient testimonials or evidence of results for your specialty.

No specialty-specific performance result is claimed on this page. Reported marketing metrics are not patient or resident outcomes. Individual results vary. Past results do not guarantee future performance.

A SIMPLE THREE-STEP PLAN

A clear order for the next move.

Talk through the service mix.

We discuss your actual treatments, audience, capacity and how people contact you. We keep personal health details out of the marketing conversation.

Choose a focused starting point.

We review positioning, the consultation path and current campaigns, then agree on priorities and scope. Not every treatment needs a separate campaign.

Lead the connected work.

I coordinate the agreed marketing priorities with my team and review what the reporting can support, without confusing an ad interaction with a treatment booking.

LESS CONFUSION, MORE CLARITY

A promotion cannot do the job of a connected brand.

If the message changes with every campaign, your team keeps explaining the difference and your budget keeps paying for disconnected first impressions.

A practice people can understand before they ask about a treatment.

The aim is a consistent brand, useful service information and a clearer consultation inquiry. Not a promise of full calendars, a particular cost per lead or treatment results.

A FEW THINGS YOU MIGHT BE WONDERING

Med Spa Marketing questions, answered.

Is med spa marketing only social media?

No. Social content can be one part, but positioning, the website, local visibility and the consultation inquiry also matter. We choose the mix around the practice rather than making every channel a requirement.

Can you help reduce reliance on discounts?

We can work on a clearer explanation of the practice and its services instead of making every message a promotion. That is a positioning decision, not a guarantee that a particular offer or revenue result will follow.

Do you use before-and-after photos or patient testimonials?

Any such material needs the practice’s clinical, privacy and consent review, along with applicable advertising and platform requirements. We do not assume a photo or testimonial is cleared just because it exists.

Can you connect campaigns with consultation follow-up?

We can review how an inquiry reaches the team and what the next administrative step should be. Clinical questions stay with qualified staff, and reporting keeps inquiries separate from attended consultations or treatments.

Do you guarantee consultation bookings?

No. Clicks, form events, inquiries and attended consultations are different things. Results vary, and no marketing or appearance outcome is guaranteed.

What should I bring to the 15-minute call?

A simple picture of your practice, services and where the marketing feels scattered is enough. We can discuss fit and next priorities without sharing patient details or building a full brief first.

YOUR NEXT STEP CAN BE SMALL

Let’s talk about the practice behind the treatment menu.

Tell me what you want people to understand, and where the marketing feels disconnected.

I’m only taking on 1 or 2 more clients right now.
